1. THE ESSENCE OF “MADE-TO-ORDER”
At Fateh Fashion, we believe that true luxury cannot be rushed. Unlike fast-fashion retailers, the majority of our products are made-to-order. This means that your chosen ensemble does not exist in a warehouse; it begins its journey at the loom and the embroidery frame only after your order is confirmed.
2. ESTIMATED DISPATCH TIMELINES
Due to the labor-intensive nature of our artisanal process, our standard shipping timeline is as follows:
- Production Lead Time: Most orders typically require 40 to 50 business days to be handcrafted and prepared for shipment.
- Product-Specific Timelines: Please note that the exact time required for creation is explicitly mentioned on each individual product page.
- Business Days: Our timelines are calculated based on business days (Monday through Friday), excluding public holidays in India and the state of Rajasthan.
3. ORDER TRACKING AND COMMUNICATION
Once your order is placed, you will receive an automated confirmation email. Throughout the 40-50 day production period, our team monitors the progress of your garment. As soon as your order undergoes its final quality check and is handed over to our premium courier partners, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing a tracking number.
4. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS & CUSTOMS
Fateh Fashion proudly ships its creations globally, bringing the soul of Jaipur’s craftsmanship to brides and fashion enthusiasts worldwide.
- Domestic & International: We ship to the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, UAE, and beyond.
- Customs & Duties: For international orders, any customs duties or import VAT levied by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
5. ADDRESS ACCURACY
We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs for re-delivery.
6. INSURANCE & DAMAGE
Your package is insured during transit until it is delivered to you. If you receive a package that appears tampered with, please do not accept the delivery and immediately contact us at [email protected].
