Our Commitment to Artisanal Quality and Fairness
1. OUR BESPOKE PHILOSOPHY
At Fateh Fashion, every ensemble is a labor of love, handcrafted by our master artisans in Jaipur specifically for you. Because our garments—including Lehengas, Sarees, and Co-ord sets—are Made-to-Order or customized to your specific measurements, they are created from scratch once your order is confirmed. Therefore, we do not follow a traditional “off-the-shelf” return policy.
2. NON-RETURNABLE & NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS
The following items are strictly not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:
- All Made-to-Order products (products with a 40-50 day production timeline).
- Custom-sized garments tailored to measurements provided by the customer.
- Items purchased during a Sale, Promotion, or using a Discount Code.
- Orders involving minor customizations (e.g., change of sleeve length, neckline, or color).
3. ELIGIBILITY FOR REPLACEMENT OR REPAIR
We only accept returns and provide replacements or repairs in the following exceptional circumstances:
Manufacturing Defects: If the garment has a significant structural defect (e.g., major embroidery error or fabric tear) that was overlooked during our multi-stage Quality Check.
Incorrect Item: If the product delivered does not match the item listed in your order confirmation.
Transit Damage: If the package arrives visibly tampered with or damaged. In such cases, an unboxing video is mandatory to process a claim. Claims without a video will not be entertained.
4. CANCELLATION POLICY
As the artisanal process (fabric dyeing and embroidery setup) begins within 24 hours of your order, we can only accept cancellation requests made within 24 hours of order placement. Once the fabric has been cut or the “Adda” (embroidery frame) has been set, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.
5. FITTING & ALTERATIONS
Fateh Fashion is not responsible for fitting issues resulting from incorrect measurements provided by the customer. However, most of our tailored outfits include a 1-2 inch margin to allow for minor local adjustments. We do not provide reverse-pickup for alteration purposes; any alteration shipping costs must be borne by the customer.
6. COLOR & CRAFT DISCLAIMER
Please note that handcrafted products will have slight irregularities in weaves and embroidery. Furthermore, a 10-15% variation in color is expected due to digital screen settings and the nature of hand-dyeing silks. These are not considered defects and are not eligible for return.
7. HOW TO INITIATE A CLAIM
If you believe you have received a defective or incorrect item, please follow these steps:
- Email us at [email protected] within 48 hours of receiving the package.
- Include your Order Number and clear photographs of the defect.
- Attach the unboxing video showing the package being opened for the first time.
- Our team in Jaipur will review the claim and respond within 3-5 business days.
