1. MADE-TO-ORDER & PRODUCTION TIMELINES

Fateh Fashion specializes in handcrafted, artisanal luxury wear. Unlike ready-to-ship retail, our business model is built on the philosophy of “Slow Fashion.”

Standard Production Window: By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that most products are made-to-order and require a production period of 40 to 50 business days before dispatch. This duration is necessary for our master artisans in Jaipur to execute intricate Zardosi, Gota Patti, and hand-embroidery work.

Product Specifics: The specific timeline required for the creation of each garment is mentioned on its respective product page. While we strive to meet these estimates, handmade processes are subject to minor delays due to the complexity of the craft or environmental factors (such as monsoon-affected dyeing processes). We do not accept cancellations based on these minor artisanal delays.

2. ARTISANAL VARIATIONS & COLOR ACCURACY

Handmade Nature: Every ensemble at Fateh Fashion is a unique piece of art. Subtle variations in embroidery patterns, beadwork placement, and hand-weaving are not considered defects but are inherent characteristics of authentic artisanal craftsmanship.

Color Representation: We make every effort to display the colors of our products as accurately as possible. However, due to the variation in digital screen calibrations and the organic nature of hand-dyeing premium silks and fabrics, a 10-15% variation in color from the digital image to the physical product may occur. We do not accept return or exchange requests based on such minor color deviations.

3. PRICING & PAYMENT GATEWAY (RAZORPAY)

All prices listed on the website are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. For our Indian patrons, prices are in INR. For international orders, duties and shipping are calculated at checkout.

Razorpay Integration: To provide a secure shopping experience, we utilize Razorpay as our primary payment gateway. By proceeding with a transaction, you agree to comply with Razorpay’s terms of service. Fateh Fashion reserves the right to cancel any order where payment authorization is flagged as high-risk or fraudulent by our gateway partner.

4. MEASUREMENTS & BESPOKE TAILORING

For our customized Lehengas, Shararas, and Co-ord sets, the accuracy of the measurements provided by the customer is critical. Fateh Fashion is not liable for fitting issues arising from inaccurate measurements provided during the order process. We recommend following our measurement guide strictly or consulting with our styling concierge via WhatsApp before submission.

5. CANCELLATION & RETURN POLICY

Cancellations: As production (fabric cutting and embroidery setup) begins within 24 hours of order confirmation, we only accept cancellation requests made within 24 hours of the order placement.

Returns/Exchanges: Due to the personalized and made-to-order nature of our collections, we do not offer returns or exchanges on any customized products. Returns are only considered in the rare event of a significant manufacturing defect or if the wrong item has been shipped. In such cases, unboxing video proof is mandatory and must be emailed to [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery.

6. SHIPPING & TRANSIT

Once your order has completed its 40-50 day production journey and passed quality control, it is handed over to our registered courier partners. Fateh Fashion is not responsible for delays caused by the courier company, customs clearance for international orders, or failed delivery attempts due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All content including, but not limited to, product designs, website imagery, logos, and descriptions are the exclusive intellectual property of Fateh Fashion. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of our designs or brand assets is strictly prohibited and will be met with legal action under Indian Copyright and Trademark laws.

8. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
